Learn to Crochet - Saturday 23rd of March - 11am to 1.30pm
A workshop for the absolute beginner (or the returner), the idea is you come with absolutely nothing and you leave with some basic skills in crochet. We will cover chains, double crochets, half trebles and trebles as well as identifying stitches and rectifying basic mistakes. We may cover some pattern reading too and possibly some finishing but it depends on the day and how well the other bits go.
Everything is included - yarn, hooks and an instruction leaflet - as well as teas, coffees and snacks on the day (if you have any dietary requirements let me know beforehand so I can cater to you).
The workshop takes place in the downstairs of our city centre shop - there are 13 steps to the basement with a sturdy hand rail. If you need more time to get down and up, or some support, that can be arranged if you let me know before. The toilet is upstairs.
