This simple poncho really shows off the King Cole Drifter Chunky that it has been knitted it. It is a self-striping, faux fair-isle yarn that is a sexy mixture of cotton/wool/acrylic. You could also try knitting this in King Cole Chunky Tweed, which is gorgeous yarn with 25% wool and a cheeky little fleck. 

You will need 5mm and 6mm needles for this project and some 5mm circular needles.
