This gorgeous collection of scarves is a great multi-pattern for beginners or anyone with a really cold neck.

The original yarn, the King Cole Shine DK, works extra well in the chevron striped scarf- using self-striping yarn in a manually striped pattern is actually really effective as you can see on the largest image, with the multi-coloured warm and cool stripe. The King Cole Riot DK is also excellent for this.

Knitted on 4mm and 5mm straight needles, 4mm DPNs and a 4mm 60cm circular needle depending on your project.
