Elizabeth Zimmerman called this lace pattern the gull lace stitch - I really think it goes a long way showing newbies how the decreases and yarn overs in lace really hang together and for those more experienced, it's just a simple and pleasing stitch. Add to that that it's written for the Baby Glitz DK (and therefore the normal Glitz DK too) and you are onto a winner!

You'll also need some 3.25mm and 4mm needles and some stitch holders.
