This pattern has been knitted in Cottonsoft DK and Cottonsoft Baby Crush DK, but you can use any King Cole DK yarn you think is suitable. You're going to need 3.75mm and 4mm needles, along with a 3.75mm circular needle for the top frill collar if you need to use one. You'll need a button for the top and between 6-8 buttons for the hoodie.
