The cardigan is constructed using a simple treble crochet design which is carried through to the hat and dress which also has a cute shell stitch skirt. 

The pattern uses premium baby yarn King Cole Cherished DK and its sibling yarn Cherish DK. For a super soft alternative, you could try King Cole Paradise Beaches. You will need a 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm crochet hook for these patterns and one button to finish the cardigan.
