A cute duo of slipover patterns with different necklines (v-neck and mock turtle neck) and a contrasting hem. Simple stockinette stitch shows off the variegation in the yarn too.

These patterns are knitted in King Cole Cherished DK (the solid colour) and King Cole Cherish DK (the variegated). This is a super soft acrylic blend made just for babies. You could try King Cole Drifter for Baby if you fancy a faux-fairisle look.

You will need 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and stitch holders for these projects. You will also need buttons for finishing.
