These are knitted in King Cole Big Value Chunky which is a soft, washable 100% acrylic yarn. You cold try using King Cole Chunky Tweed for this pattern which is a wool, acrylic and viscose blend that has a cheeky fleck. 

These patterns are knitted on 5mm and 6mm needles.
