Garter stitch is one of our favourites here at Knit Nottingham. It is used to maximum effect here on these simple baby cardigans knitted in King Cole Yummy Chunky. The yarn really sings in this pattern and the simplicity of the stitch just adds to it's beauty. Yummy is made of 100% polyester and softer than Mary Berry Victoria Sponge. You could also try these patterns in King Cole Big Value Baby Chunky a tailor-made baby chunky yarn. 

You will need size 5.5mm and 6mm knitting needles for this project.
