The patterns are written for the King Cole Baby Crush DK  with the King Cole Cottonsoft DK for the edges but you could also use the King Cole Cottonsoft Crush DK or the King Cole Cottonsoft Candy DK. They're all the same base but split between the dye pattern and colours. 

Knitted on 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and 3.25mm circular needle for the helmet.
