This beautiful pattern of cable, is in a lattice diamond formation. It is a great way to cut your teeth on cables too as you will only be working with swapping two stitches at a time.
It is knitted in King Cole Drifter Chunky, a self-striping yarn with a wool, acrylic and cotton mix. It has a lovely drapey texture and a big seller in the shop. I would also recommend trying King Cole Chunky Tweed, which is a solid yarn with a cheeky little fleck so it doesn't overwhelm the pattern.
You will also need 5mm and 6mm knitting needles and a cable needle for these garments.
