Checks, chevrons, eyelets and lace stitches bring the fun for these accessory patterns from King Cole. 

They are knitted in King Cole Drifter Chunky, which is a soft, self-striping yarn with a whole heap of colourways (which always ends up in a yarn avalanche in the shop looking for that LAST BALL of the right colour for a customer). You might like to show off the pattern a little more by using a solid yarn. I would recommend giving King Cole Timeless chunky a whirl. Softer than a docile chinchilla and just as fluffy. 

Depending on the pattern you choose, you will need knitting needles between 5mm-7mm and 6.5 and 7mm circular 100cm needles for the scarves
