These patterns are knitted King Cole Cherished DK, a super soft acrylic blend made just for babies. You could also look at using another sister in the cherish triplet and use King Cole Cherish Dash DK. It is the same yarn but has a tiny fleck of colour which gives a speckly, beautiful fabric. 

These patterns are knitted on 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and you will need cute buttons to finish depending on your garment choice. 

NB: this pattern is sized from newborn to 7 years so choose your size wisely!
