These kids look so happy in their gorgeous knitwear! This is an easy knit pattern, so if you're just starting off with garment making this is a great pattern to begin with. I love how thick the ribbing is on the collar and edging of the jumper, its guaranteed to keep your little ones toasty warm. Two patterns, a cardi and a jumper - you can't really go wrong!

This pattern would look brilliant in the King Cole Big Value Chunky, but if you're looking for a self striping yarn check out the Shadow Chunky, it's lush!

You'll need 5mm and 6mm needles, a 5mm circular needle if you need it for the cardigan border, stitch holders and either five or six buttons for the cardigan depending on the size you're making.
