We've all got a soft spot for these family patterns there's something very wholesome about a pattern that will cater to a 5 year old and a 105 year old. I must say that we needed a good set of proper cabled knits for a long time and I love the colour, the round neck and the V-neck options.

This pattern is written for the King Cole Wool Aran but you can use any aran, just make sure you take into account the meterage and if you need any help, give us a ring. You will also need some 4mm and 5mm needles and you will need a cable needle.
