Designed using King Cole Cottonsoft Crush DK a range of self-striping, colourful yarn that is perfect for kids as it is vibrant and soft against their skin. You could also try using King Cole Cherished DK which is a fabulous anti-pill pure acrylic if you don't fancy knitting with cotton. 

Knitted using 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles and a cable needle.
