I'm never that sure about cables with a self striper but because of the delightful, light tones, long colour change and the bold cable I think this really works. I've got a real soft spot for that jumper too - it's giving gansey vibes and I am here for a fisherperson baby. The hat is a delight too, the sort of thing you can knock up to go with anything or just use scraps up. Don't forget that these patterns start at preemie size so if you're looking to make for a charity then this is a good one to use up your bits on. 

It's written for the wonderful, brand new, Cutie Pie which is soft soft soft and the striping is beautiful. You'll need some 3.75mm and 4mm needles, a cable needle and a press faster for the cardigan. You can find the toggles here.
