This pattern has wide, chunky plaited cables for a gorgeous cosy jumper.

Originally knitted in the variegated King Cole Riot Chunky, a single-spin acrylic/wool blend that comes in a range of gorgeous colourways. If you wanted to really emphasise the cables though, we'd recommend a solid yarn or at least a variegated yarn with less defined stripes.  A great option would be the super soft King Cole Drifter Chunky which has a shorter, fleckier multi-coloured pattern.

Knitted on 5mm and 6mm straight needles with a cable needle.
