Aww, these kids look lovely. These gorgeous makes are fairly gender neutral, and I love the jumper on the back. Nice stand-out cables, especially if you're using a plain coloured yarn, but they blend in beautifully when you use a self striping one like the Drifter DK, which is definitely what we're recommending here. Plus, raglan shaping! Lush.

You'll need 3.25mm and 4mm needles, a cable needle, some buttons for the cardigan and stitch holders for the jumper.
