I love how the King Cole Nordic Chunky colour changes work so perfectly with that blanket, and make it look far more complicated than it actually is to knit. With chunky weight yarn these blankets and cushions will knit up in no time, and there's no hassle with the faux-isle striping either. All is good with the world, especially when you have a nice big blanket.

This has been written for King Cole Nordic Chunky, a new acrylic/merino blend wool that patterns itself faux-isle-style. You'll need 5mm and 6mm needles, and feel free to swap them for circular needles if you need them for the blanket.
