I love this pattern! King Cole baby multipatterns are just so useful, with a hat, a cardigan and a baby blanket all in one. This little lace pattern is so classy, especially on the sleeves, and I reckon it would look great in any colour as well as a self striping yarn. It also goes up to three years old!

We're recommending King Cole Pricewise DK for this pattern as you get a massive range of colours and it's amazingly hardwearing and washable. However, the King Cole Baby Pure DK is subtly self striping and won't drown out the lace, either.

You'll need 3.25mm and 4mm needles, stitch markers, and for the cardigan you'll need six buttons.
