There's something I love about these classic-looking knitted toys. I love their cute little button noses and their general smiley demeanour. They're also a great base for if you want to go further and customise dolls to look like characters etc. 

We're going to recommend the King Cole Pricewise DK for these, as it's a hard-wearing 100% acrylic yarn that can be easily cleaned if it gets mucky, and will stand the test of time. You'll need 3mm and 4mm needles.
