Baby Knits Book Eight
This gorgeous selection of baby patterns is really versatile, with cables, intarsia, and lacework, as well as simple knits for beginners, making it an invaluable book for all knitters. The garments are all really beautiful- we really love the yellow and blue taxis, the contrast really works!
These patterns are originally knitted in the King Cole Baby Alpaca DK and the King Cole Cottonsoft DK. We don't stock the alpaca yarn as Eleanor is allergic to alpaca and her hands will explode even packing and shelving the balls, but some gorgeous replacements would be the King Cole Homespun DK, King Cole Luxury Merino DK, and the King Cole Beaches DK. The Cottonsoft is, of course, both cotton and soft, and also washes well for babies.
All knitted using 3.25mm and 4mm straight needles.
