This fancy cardigan has a cable plait as edging which works really well with a variegated yarn as the cable is knitted vertically so it actually makes all your hard work stand out even more rather than hiding it.

Originally knitted in the gorgeously colourful King Cole Riot Chunky, a single-spun acrylic/wool blend- however, we think this would also be stunning in the super-soft King Cole Drifter Chunky which has a less stripe-like colour variegation.

Knitted on 5mm and 6mm straight needles with a cable needle and stitch markers.
