I've already claimed my standout pattern from this lot (see 6143) but I genuinely am so excited to have this in the catalogue because, whilst I love it in the Jitterbug yarn and I love the colours they've chosen to show it in, I can absolutely see this in a plainer yarn for a more subdued look - something like the Luxury Merino or the Homespun. I also think it would be incredible in the Forest Aran - but you'd need to adjust the sizing slightly with it being that bit thicker, pop in if you want to discuss things like that (or give us a ring for the poor souls who live too far away!). 

This is fisherman's rib so it makes a gorgeous, smooshy, thick, warm texture but when you go wrong it can be a bit of a faff to put right so why not make use of lifelines whilst you're knitting to just avoid any heartbreak. 

You'll need some Jitterbug and some 3.75mm and 4.5mm needles too.
