WOW! This is just amazing!!!! I'm not going to pretend it's a classy yarn, or actually massively soft, you're buying this for the incredible, saturated colour and the texture which means it won't bobble. The last photo shows how it knits up and there are loads of patterns which you can see by clicking here. If you want a plain yarn to go with it I think you're really looking at Pricewise or Big Value DK.
You can really make what you like with this - it's a workhorse. So immediately I'm thinking garments - adults and kids alike (babies as an outer layer, again, it's not massively soft), accessories for humans and for houses. I think it will stand up to being outside so like bunting for the garden perhaps! It's got a texture that won't bobble so bags would be a great option too. Probably not socks but definitely leg warmers, mittens and gloves. It will knit as well as crochet and I've recently got into kumihimo braiding and I can't wait to give them a go!!!
