Oh, look, it's Casper's favourite pattern OF ALL TIME. I think we all got a bit excited when these squelched their way into the shop, because they are Just. So. Cute. There's a load of variations for these patterns - different sizes, some with frills, some without frills, but all just so fabulous. They'd be great scrap busters and despite the pattern not saying so, they're going to be pretty easy to work up too.

 These friends have been knitted in King Cole Comfort Chunky, but Big Value Chunky would work as well. 

You'll need 5mm needles, toy stuffing, a little bit of contrast yarn to embroider the mouth, and depending on the size of snail either 10.5mm or 15mm safety eyes.
