There is a really interesting pattern on these garments that reminds me of spruce trees created out of purl stitches - maybe that is why the model is holding a stick in the photograph.
These patterns are created in King Cole Big Value Chunky which is a soft, washable 100% acrylic yarn. I think that these patterns would really suit the gentle marl of King Cole Drifter Subtle Chunky which is a cotton, acrylic and wool mix and really popular contender in the shop.
These patterns are knitted on 8mm and 7mm knitting needles
