I'm not sure how to describe this construction other than... funky. I love how it's both done up and not, it gives a really intriguing silhouette for whatever outfit you wear with it. They're easy knit, so you'll be able to relax while knitting these. I'm also wondering how it would look to put some buttonholes on the edging of the cardigan, so you can fully do it up too. Who knows? You do what you want - that's the joy of making.

This pattern has been written in King Cole Drifter Chunky, and if you'd like a solid version the Drifter Subtle Chunky is the same yarn with solid colours rather than self patterning stripes.

You'll need 6mm and 5mm needles along with stitch holders.
