Treat yourself to this lovely pattern, lots of different cables with lots of easy to follow instructions. It's a great way to stretch your knitting skills and produce something beautiful to wear at the end. Win-win, I say.  

This pattern would look great knitted in King Cole Big Value Aran, a value acrylic with lovely flecky colourways. If you fancied a heavier variegation without overwhelming the pattern I think that you could try out King Cole Forest Aran for an excellent match for the pattern. 

You will need 4mm and 5mm needles, cable needle with stitch holders.
