A collection of textured knits using mock cables and and lace knitting. Matinee jackets are a commonly requested pattern in the shop and this one won't disappoint for that new arrival. 

King Cole Big Value Chunky would work great for this; it's washable and comes in some super lush shades. If you fancy something a little more fancy for the older ones I would suggest King Cole Drifter Subtle Chunky which is equally machine washable but has a mixture of cotton and wool with the acrylic - creating a soft and robust yarn.

You will also need 5mm and 6mm needles.
