There's something distinctively Nordic about these gorgeous colourwork cushions. It's proof that snowflakes and wintery patterns don't have to stay in one specific season. But, oh my gosh that traditional-looking pattern on the blanket and cushions... I can't cope. The little squares of garter then stockinette intermingled with gorgeous cables - so gorgeous. This is a project to love making and then love snuggling up in. It's something special. 

So, this has been written in King Cole Big Value Super Chunky, but for something super snuggly I'd really recommend checking out the Timeless Super Chunky with it's little bit of alpaca wool.

You'll need 10mm needles and a cable needle.
