This jumper/cardigan duo looks basic but there's a twist when it comes to the sleeves- literally! Twin cables run down the sleeves for a subtle but refined look.

Plain designs like this really show off variegated and self-striping yarns like the King Cole Riot Chunky well, as the changing colours don't detract from the overall piece.  Another great self-striper is the King Cole Drifter Chunky, an acrylic/cotton/wool blend that is one of the most popular ranges of yarn in the shop because it brings together the best qualities of each fibre for the perfect warm, soft, washable, and richly coloured yarn.

Knitted on 5mm and 6mm straight needles with a cable needle and stitch holders.
