Whoever this designer is, they really have the eye. I just adore the simple textures and I adore how they have placed them. For me there is something quite special about the colour they have chosen as well- it's sort of stoney, rocky, natural. It's exactly the sort of piece I would wear on a little wander around Derbyshire. It's just knits and purls so simple enough, but will help you get to grips with where your knits and purls are if that's a thing for you.

This has been knitted in King Cole Cotton Top DK. You'll need 3.25mm and 4mm needles, and buttons for both.
