If you're not immediately drawn in by the texture on the sleeves here, I have to wonder if you've looked at the pattern. Look again. Look at that smooshiness. Look at the two options of collar you have for this cardigan and the gorgeous bobble hats you can make to match it. I know you're drawn in now, and who wouldn't be? It's just simple knits and purls making up that basketweave pattern, but gosh do they make it special.

This has been written in King Cole Timeless Super Chunky, a very squishy yarn with an alpaca fibre content. However, I don't think the texture would be lost if you used something like King Cole Big Value Super Chunky Tints!

You'll need 9mm and 10mm needles, along with a cable needle if you're making the cable detail hat.
