This is so sweet! Big fan of the ridged picot edging and the texture that brings. I think it draws out the self patterning nature of the new King Cole Cosy Love Aran very well. The stocking stitch across all of the garments make sure that the pattern is the focus, too, but I think there's something so dainty and elegant about these that will give them a lightweight look even when they're knitted in a thicker yarn like this. Plus, you get a whole outfit with the dress, cardigan, socks and little hat. Adorable!

You'll need 4.5mm and 5mm needles, a metre of ribbon for both the cardigan and the pinafore dress, a press fastener for the cardigan, and half a metre of ribbon for the socks.
