Ooh this is a bit different - I'm kind of in love with that little split neck on the jumper and the collar on the cardigan might be described as 'darling'. The stitch pattern is simple but effective and I've say this is for an advanced beginner. Love a raglan on a baby too. 

It's written for the King Cole Cloud Nine DK - a super duper soft baby yarn in anti-pilling acrylic. You'll need some 3.25mm and 4mm needles, some stitch holders and some buttons.
