The chequer board motif is still going strong at the minute so King Cole are on it getting this out so quickly! Apart from that scarf there are four other wearable scarfy/cowl-y things and a couple of hats. All simple knit and purl pieces so it's going to be the sort of pattern you come back to time and again. Feel free to make all the adjustments you want for them to fit your requirements - or your gifting requirements which is straight where my brain went!

You'll need some 10mm needles and some 8mm needles and a pair of stitch holders for the shoulder cover (shown in black).
