This is a cute collared sweater and tank combo. They are both simple and wearable with V-necks. The sweater has a dropped sleeve. You can also do it in cotton for the summer.
This is written for the lovely King Cole Homespun Prism DK or you could use the plain coloured sister yarn - Homespun DK. The needles are 3.25mm and 4mm straights, a 3.25mm circular needle, and some stitch holders.
