Hello hello hello. Its August now. I don't know how, but eight months of 2022 have already passed. And, if you think about it, Christmas is just around the corner if time is passing this quickly lately. So, Eleanor thought we'd focus a little bit on Christmas this month, because otherwise we'll all be rushing with a month to knit up everything, and we don't want that do we! So, after a rather long blog post the other day about the city of Nottingham and what Eleanor and I love about it, I would now like to welcome you to the blog post about Nottinghamshire! We talk a lot about yarn, knitting, crocheting and making on these blogs, so that's the first half of our name sorted. But, we never really talk about Nottingham itself. It's here! It's happening! We have a new chunky yarn coming our way and we are SO EXCITED.  Safari Chunky is King Cole's latest offering to the variegated knitting deities of our craft. 150g and 311 yards of soft premium acrylic, all in a cake that shows off the yarn but also makes it perfect for storage.
