There are so many things to love about this pattern. Firstly, I think that a lace collar is an absolutely beautiful addition - it just looks so cute. I'm a big fan of lace on the cuffs but I'm also a big fan of this lace pattern in general - it's quite unique, isn't it? If you love that lace blanket and want it to be bigger than a baby one, use bigger needles and bigger yarn or just simply increase your stitch count so it fits the pattern and work away. It's gorgeous!

This has been written in King Cole Finesse Cotton Silk DK, a gorgeous cotton/silk blend yarn. However, I think it would also look gorgeous in the King Cole Cottonsoft DK, giving beautiful stitch definition that will really make that lace pop.

You'll need 3.25mm and 4mm needles, three or four buttons for the matinee jacket depending on the size you're making, two buttons for the shoes and stitch holders.
